For me, it is leadership. Not so much my own, but yours. I get out of bed in the morning with hopes of making your leadership more dynamic, productive, and enjoyable. My vocational life is devoted to helping you engage in the processes of growing and learning, all with the eye towards helping you perform better in your leadership roles.
